PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All products displayed on SpeakWithoutWords.com are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in USD.
PAYMENT
All payments must be received before items are shipped. We accept all major payment methods. By submitting payment information, you agree to our payment terms.
NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES
All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Handcrafted morse code bracelets and all items purchased from Speak Without Words cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned under any circumstances. This includes items that are damaged, defective, or do not meet expectations.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom morse code bracelets are non-refundable as they are specially created per your specifications. Once a custom order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
SHIPPING
We ship domestically within the United States. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping times depend on carrier and destination. The Company is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after shipment.
WARRANTY
Products are created with quality materials and care. However, the Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the durability or fitness of any product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Speak Without Words be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.
